I love mathematics and wanted to produce the ultimate Pi T shirt. I started with 1090 digits working from the outside in, reducing the point size by 3 points every nine digits. It took a while to get the right combination of point size and reduction points (the closer to the centre you get the more you have to reduce the font size over less digits, or was that the other way around..). Eventually, after much trial and error, I managed to get the number with the right balance and combination of size and reduction so it worked, but, quickly realised that the centre numbers would be far too small to print on a T shirt and had to start all over again.
Finally, after many more restarts, I had found the number that would print legible centre numbers and have the right amount of gradual reduction of font size.
