We started Tinned Snail by creating a mug for a local community festival with our local area on, West Didsbury. We initially made 6 thinking they were a cute little token. That day we ended up making 50.
You could find us at many Manchester markets at the weekend selling mugs. Over the last couple of years our designs have grown and developed. We have expanded our products to include coasters and some other bits and pieces.
We find people are very proud of where they live, grew up, or went to school. Places hold memories for people and we find our products pop a smile on peoples faces.
