Full description
This brooch has been designed and hand-stitched by me.I have painted a leaf wreath with fabric paints and then have cut flowers from fabric, mainly by Liberty. I have then sewn them in a circle and decorated them with seed beads, French knots and the odd sequin. The background material is cream linen and and the circle has then been blanket-stitched to a pink felt backing with a small amount of stuffing and a small piece of circular card inside to give a bit of stiffness. I have then stitched a safety brooch pin on the back.
It is 6cm in diameter and approximately 1cm thick.
