Item details

This is been made from 925 sterling silver domes of varying sizes. The domes have then been soldered onto a silver rod and polished to give a shiny reflective finish. This one has a 4.5mm Swiss Blue topaz in a rub over setting (sky blue option is a very pale blue, peridot and amethyst also available as custom order at same price).

These are cut, filed and polished by hand and each will vary slightly as you can see in the pictures.

The overall length of the pendant is 5.75 cm approx (just over 2 inches)
Width at widest point is 1 cm (just over 1/4 inch) approx.

Comes complete with an 18 inch chain, also 925 sterling silver.

This collection is inspired by the rain of all things. Living in Ireland, it rains a LOT.
I especially like the way light refracts through raindrops on windows, distorting the view beyond and throwing the colours randomly like a disco ball. The droplets grow and merge, before rolling away creating a meandering track down the window.
Clearly I have spent too much time looking out of windows.
