Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Square scalloped (6"/15cm) wedding card featuring cream paper flowers and central layered message. This can just read 'Congratulations on your Wedding Day (see pic 4) or can include the names of the couple getting married (pics 1-3). The date of the wedding is also shown to make the card a special keepsake. Due to the height of the flowers, the card does not fit comfortably in an envelope, so a gift box is supplied on which the names of the couple can be printed, or left blank for you to write on yourself.
The insert will read: "Congratulations to you both on your Wedding Day. May the love and happiness that you now share stay with you every single day of your lives together", unless you prefer a personalised message.
Please specify the names (if required) to be printed on the card and box, the date to be printed on the card and if any personalised message is required for the insert when placing your order.
The boxed card will be posted first class via Royal Mail small parcels service in the UK and Royal Mail International Standard service overseas.
