I am inspired by landscapes in nature and the colours which represent them. Fabric and texture play a big part in the rustic feel to these little brooches.

Lovingly created by hand this is a new range of my brooches called Landscapes in Harris Tweed, inspired by the colours of the tweed fabric and the sheep and landscapes of the Yorkshire Dales.
The brooches are made from recycled pieces of Harris Tweed handwoven in the Outer Hebrides from 100% pure wool and upcycled in the Yorkshire Wolds into textile jewellery.
Fibre felted with some hand embroidery and embellished with tiny seed beads.
This pretty brooch measures 45mm across x 45mm in height, it is backed in felt with a bar pin fastener.
Created in a smoke and pet free environment, nicely wrapped to make a unique gift.
Please ask if you require any further details about my work.
