This is a handmade card featuring Brighton Pier (West Pier) based on an original gocco and monoprint image.
It is printed on Bockingford digital watercolour paper using archival inks and mounted on a high quality 300gsm recycled white card
The greeting card is a standard A6 size (114 x 162mm) and left blank for your own message. The card is sent with a C6 size brown recycled craft envelope in a cellophane bag.
Cards are sent by Royal Mail first class post in a board backed envelope to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
I am happy to combine postage with other items. Discounts for multiple card purchases coming soon.

I was really interested in capturing seascapes in an abstract and illustrative way. I also love to combine printmaking methods so I used by gocco machine to overprint on top of a monoprint to give the impression of looking out to sea in Brighton at the ruin of West Pier.
