Inspired from folk and primitive art, I am drawn to gentle styling and quiet natures, suggesting life in simpler times. Primitive style houses have been a recurring theme in my work, often set in to narrative backgrounds, offering storytelling and the chance of wanderings of imagination. This piece combines my love of birds and scenes of home in the form of a gentle guardian of the home.
