Full description
I have made this brooch in red enamel over a clear enamel. This offers some variation of tone and depth of the red with the copper base showing through in golden brown tones. I have drawn in some features, eye and haunches, before the red coat was fired and these are subtly hinted in the final piece.
The pig shape measures 39mm, snout to tail, 21mm ear-tip to trotter.
The brooch is counter enamelled. It is mounted on a 26mm brooch bar with a safety catch. The bar is soldered to the brooch.
The brooch is sold boxed, as shown.
UK delivery is by Royal Mail, first class, signed for.
