Inspiration for my work comes from the idea of finding beauty in the function of simple pots. Most of us use ceramics everyday, especially in the kitchen. Taking time to drink tea from your favourite mug, or eat soup from an honest bowl can be a simple, background pleasure in life.
I throw all my pots by hand on a pottery wheel, and enjoy throwing as many elements as possible: even lids and knobs. Most of my pottery is made using stoneware clay. Stoneware has a firm texture which I feel best reflects a rustic influence and the plain style of my pottery.
Most of all I hope people enjoy using my pots.

Little handmade messages of peace and goodwill to carry as keepsakes, give away as gifts or use to inspire and decorate. Each pebble is unique and made by hand using black clay, speckled stoneware and porcelain.
These pebbles are high-fired ceramic. They can be submerged in indoor water features and bowl displays for extra pebble shine!
This listing is for a set of 3 handmade peace pebbles. You will receive one black, one white and one speckled cream pebble each chosen at random with the words Peace, Love and Joy. These 3 pebbles are presented in a crisp white organza gift bag with a white ribbon drawstring to keep them safe.
Sizes and shapes all vary:
Pebbles approx: range from 2cm to 3.5cm (0.7 inches to 1.4 inches)
Bag: 7cm x 10cm (2.75 inches by 4 inches)
