Full description
This striking necklace is one of a series made with a new set of texturing hammers. I used a piercing saw to cut out the triangles from 1mm copper sheet, then created the textures using four different patterned hammers. After tumble-polishing the triangles I used oxidising solution to patinate the surface, giving it a darker antique bronze effect. I linked them together with copper jump rings, added a copper coloured chain and an attractive Tibetan toggle clasp. The total length is about 19 inches (45.5cm) and the individual triangles are about 1.5 inches (3.5cm) each.
