Full description

It's midnight, all is quiet, and a fox runs swiftly through the village square.

This tiny artwork (approx. 6.5 x 3.5 cms) for dolls house or for collectors of miniatures was inspired by seeing some of the old black and white villages in Herefordshire, where the houses really do bulge and sag with age! It is my own original design and is a papercut made using a scapel, not a copy or a print. The paper I used is fine writing paper (Three Candlesticks), which has an attractive texture.

The frame is not included but please see note below.

The picture will be posted first class in a cellophane wrapper in a card backed envelope - I will use recycled packing materials whenever possible. I aim to post within 3 days of receiving payment.

Note: Folksy shop JFT Carpentry carries a selection of handmade wooden frames, including ACEO size, and will make other sizes on request
