A retro styled, set of six large handmade Luggage type Christmas Gift Tags. These Gift tags have been made from goody quality white card stock and an old sheet of Carol music which has fallen out of an old damaged hymn book. As the page has been well loved in the past it has become worn, yellowed with age and now carries many other tiny imperfections such as splits, faded printing and marks. All of which add to the beauty of these upcycled tags.
Onto each tag is a different topping such as a Christmas stocking, a wreath, holly, a winter scene with a fox, and a choir of angels.
Each tag has a hole punched into the top into which a white cotton string has been attached to enable secure fixing to a gift.
The reverse side of the gift tag has been left blank for your own Christmas Message.
Approximate size: 4.8inches (12cm) long by 2.4inches (6cm) wide
The tags come supplied in a clear cellophane bag.
I love Christmas Carols and retro or traditional Christmas decorations. When one of my very old hymn books started to fall apart and became harder and harder to read I decided rather than simply through it out I would reuse some of the carol sheets for Christmas Cards. However there was not enough of the sheet music to make a set of Christmas Cards so I thought how lovely they would look attached to gifts under the tree as Gift tags.
