Full description
This is a pretty green striped agate pendant necklace. It is created with a real striped green agate oval shaped gemstone, silver plated brass, silver plated copper, green waxed cord and a real green jasper gemstone on the extender. The stripes in blue are beautiful, and it has a real organic feel. This beautiful piece is great for casual wear.
The necklace is 20 inches (50.8 cm) long and expands to 21 and a half inches (54.6 cm). It is fastened with a bolt ring clasp. The gemstone oval measures 3.5 cm wide and 4.4 cm long.
Agate is a member of the quartz family and was discovered in 4 BC. It is made from silicon dioxide, and often originates in cavities of molten rock. Agate has many mythical qualities. It is supposed to make the wearer more pleasant and agreeable. It is believed to quench thirst, protect against viruses and to cure insomnia.
The necklace will be presented in a velveteen bag.
