Serendipity Finch Jewellery

Beautiful handmade jewellery and accessories.

I create beautiful, unique handcrafted jewellery and accessories. I use genuine gemstones a lot, and this makes a lot of my items unique. If I wouldn't wear it, I don't sell it.

I am a chartered librarian. I started making jewellery when I was on my honeymoon. We were on a cruise and there was a jewellery making workshop, and I really enjoyed it. When we got home I started making jewellery and everyone I knew suddenly started getting it for their birthdays.

I was made redundant in May 2012 and this gave me more time to devote to my hobby. My husband suggested that I try to sell my pieces, so my Folksy shop was born.

Everything can inspire me. History to nature, TV to film, books to computer games, and the gemstones themselves. I love learning new techniques and skills.

I am currently a freelance member of the Create and Craft TV content team. I write tutorials for their website, and create items for their instagram channel.

Buying from me

All jewellery is handmade. I design items that I would like to wear, if I wouldn't I don't sell them. I enjoy experimenting with different techniques and styles, so the shop will not have one particular theme.

The materials come from a variety of sources, just look at individual items for more specific details.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
