These long earrings are part of my 'Blackwave' collection - The technique I have used to create the 3D domed quality and texture is called Repousse and involves hammering the metal with punches, this shapes and textures the metal at the same time.The Silver is then oxidised to create the dramatic dark colour contrast.
These earrings are a great companion to my necklaces in this range and in this long length are a more dramatic eye-catching size.
Each piece is entirely handmade so each pair is unique.

Handmade in my Yorkshire studio, these Sterling Silver Earrings which are part Oxidised to create the two tone black and silver colour contrast are part of my Blackwave Range. They are a long slim oval drop which has been gently domed and textured using the technique of Repousse. The drops are each hung from an elegant Sterling Silver earwire. The technique I use is produced by hand so each pair is unique.
