I was given a large quantity of (very dirty!) glass which came out of the picture frames from a house clearance. This thinner glass is perfect for making these glass decorations.

Full description
A fused glass snowflake decoration hanging from a simple white thread, perfect for your tree at Christmas or your window any time of the year. These snowflakes are made from lots of small strips of glass fused together in my kiln. I use upcycled glass, reclaimed from old picture frames. Once the snowflakes are out of the kiln I gently sandblast them to give them that lovely frosted snowy finish.
The snowflakes are around 12cm (4.5") across but they do vary slightly in shape and size. Due to the reclaimed nature of the glass they can also vary in colour, some being almost white and some having the palest blue-green tint.
Each snowflake is individually packed with board backing to keep it safe, and your order will be shipped in a sturdy box.
