This was originally going to be a flat coaster but when it came out of the kiln I decided it would work nicely as a dish, so it was placed straight back in with a mould to give it its finished shape.

Measuring approx 83mm sq and standing 31mm tall this small white dish is made with two hand-cut layers of glass with a beautiful floral print decal applied in the middle. It was fired in the kiln to 800 degrees Celsius to fuse into one solid piece and left to cool. This process took 12 hours before going back into the kiln for a further 10 hours to form the dish shape. It is perfect as a "Rings 'n' Things" dish or as a tea light candle holder.
Price includes postage within the UK.
