I have always enjoyed making Notebooks from reclaimed materials and I wanted to see how some old glitter would look mixed with some paints and glue. This lovely deep purple cover was the lovely outcome.

Full description
This little Notebook has been handcrafted from upcycled and new materials and is the Cottage Chic style.
The cover has been hand painted in a dark purple which contains a green glitter mixed into it. The front cover has been decorated with a paper flower cut from an old fallen apart accounts books and a bright pink flower.
The inside cover has been hand painted in a bright green with a mix of dark green and gold glitter.
The pages are a mix of reclaimed papers and new plain white paper. I have bonded the pages into the notebook by hand sewing them with a green embroidery thread.
I finished the Notebook off with a little bookmark of green embroidery thread with purple and white beads.
Approximate size 5.1inches (13cm) wide by 5inches (12.5cm) long.
