Topsham is a bird lover's paradise. Walking along the estuary provides plenty of opportunities to admire a host of beautiful wading birds, including Avocets, Oystercatchers, Curlews and Red Shanks. Avocets are so important to the town - the local branch line was named after them.

Screen printed Avocets Tea Towel
Add a splash of coastal art to your kitchen and brighten up everyday household tasks with this beautiful Avocets tea towel.
The design depicts seven Avocets, each appliquéd onto white cotton fabric using free motion machine embroidery stitch, reminiscent of softly drawn pencil lines.
This design was then printed by a local South West screen printing company, using water-based non toxic ink, onto ethically sourced 100% cotton cloth. The cotton is woven specially using a combination of ring spun yarn for strength and open ended yarn for water absorbency.
Machine washable up to 40c.
