Inspiration
The beauty of scrolled enamels is that they are not repeatable; I may come close but I'll never duplicate a piece so don't look for a pair.
The challenge, working with a relatively fluid material at red hot is that you can never quite predict the outcome.
The satisfaction is in producing an attractive piece of work that fully exploits the capability of the material used.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
This attractive, unique, dish will provide a talking point wherever it is placed in your home. Use it to hold loose change, small jewellery on your dressing table, or to set off a shelf or table. Use it to hold business cards in the office.
The pattern on this dish is made by drawing a steel tipped tool through the enamel while the piece is at red hot in the kiln. This makes for a random, unrepeatable, pattern. The base colour of the dish is dark blue, the pattern is a star of white and pink drawn through a white circle.
The dish is 90mm from apex to base of the triangle, about 5mm deep.
The reverse is counter enamelled.
UK delivery is by Royal Mail, first class, signed for.
