This necklace is a very elegant and very comfortable to wear. A modern, minimalist design which is perfect for all occasions and ladies of any age.
This Labradorite oval pendant is an amazing example of this wonderful stone. The colours dance and move as you move and it catches the light. There is a brilliant blue streak that appears as well as highlighting the natural cleavage planes of the stone.
The domed oval cabachon has been unusually set on its side and measures 36mm x 19mm. It has a total carat weight of 46.41ct
I have simply set the Labradorite with a minimalistic sterling silver bail, which is stamped 925 for sterling silver and has been hand finished & polished. This is to make the most of the gemstone, without detracting from it with lots of metalwork on show. The pendant is suspended from a sturdy and attractive thick strand neck wire with a quality screw closure.
The wire is 2mm in thickness and is a cable twist. The neckwire measures 42cm or 16.5 inches in length approx. This adds to the simplicity of the piece, adding detail that adds to the overall finish being elegant and wearable.
The necklace will come securely packaged.
