This painting was inspired by the courageous and slightly eccentric explorers of Victorian times. It depicts a hot air balloon setting out on a voyage to unknown lands, with a group of well wishers on a pebble beach, watching the balloon disappear into the mist.

This is a fine art print of my painting "To the Mountains of the Moon". It is signed just below the image.
Paper size: 483x329mm (19x13 inches)
Image size: 280x280mm (14x11 inches)
The print is a lovely crisp, vibrant image that is faithful to the original. It is printed using the highest quality archival inks and 100% cotton paper. When suitably framed, the print should last a lifetime without fading.
The print will be rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube and sent via first class (UK) or airmail (international).
