I love little houses and they frequent my doodles all the time.
I wanted to see if I could recreate the houses of my doodles in clay, and hey presto, here they are!
These houses have been through the following making stages..
-Hand making from stoneware clay
-Drying
-Bisque firing to 1070 degrees
-Cooling
-Glazing
-Glaze fire to 1260 degrees
-Cooling again

A teeny tiny village of three pottery houses, looking for a little space to call home.
Three hand formed stoneware houses that stand around 3cm tall.
A perfect little gift or a treat for yourself. These houses make a magical scene on dressers, mantel pieces and in precious corners all over the land.
Glazed with a speckly marbled blue roof that contrasts with the rustic unglazed clay.
All the details are hand cut and I make each and every house myself.
They have a small hole underneath - this is simply to prevent them from exploding in the kiln! It is not visible when they stand upright.
(I make these houses in small batches, you may not receive the exact houses pictured but I promise yours will be very similar and just as pretty)
