I'm generally rather inspired by wildlife, especially seen actually in the wild. This round little fellow caught my eye straight away, and I knew I had to capture them in lino!

A 2-colour linocut print entitled simply 'Partridge'.
I spotted this bird while on holiday on the North Yorkshire Moors last year. It was perched on a dry-stone wall not far away from our holiday-house. I'd never seen one before so was a little intrigued! It jumped around for a little while, and then disappeared into the hedgerow.
Gold and dark sage green inks on off-white Daler-Rowney 220gsm acid-free paper. From an edition of 100, signed and numbered.
The print image measures H15xW10cm.
The paper measures H30xW20cm
All prints will be posted flat in a cellophane sleeve and protective packaging.
