Full description
A decoupaged plate of delectable cupcakes Mounted onto a green distressed circle of white card. Then mounted onto co-ordinating cupcake paper and then onto green distressed quality white card. Happy birthday banner which has been embellished with pale green rhinestones. the cakes have been highlit with fine glitter. The card and the circle have been decorated with green luminous thread.
