We send all items first class and cards are despatched in a board back envelope.
We love to print! We have a little studio crammed full of metal and wood type and it's where we are happiest. We love to experiment with design and colour and we never know what the next commission will be - which all adds to the fun!
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

These gorgeous tags add the finishing touch to your beautiful hand crafted gift or product and are perfect for artists, makers, designers and crafters.
There are six letterpress gift tag / labels per pack with space to write a message or product information on the reverse. They're printed in brown on a heavy kraft card and supplied with twine. Also available to buy in bulk. Please message for more information.
