We send all items first class and cards are despatched in a board back envelope.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Blank inside for your own message, the quality recycled A7 card comes with a recycled brown envelope and is supplied in a plastic sleeve.
Cards will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has been received via PayPal.
NOTE Each card is individually printed on our vintage press so please remember that each card will differ slightly, which is the charm of handmade goods! Please also remember that colours may vary across screens.
