I threw this bowl on the wheel out of a subtley speckled stoneware clay. I poured a semi-matt glaze inside, which gives a gentle, calming grey finish. I have smoothed down the outside of the bowl, added a ribbon of porcelain just under the rim and left the clay naked, which is lovely and tactile. The base has a nice smooth finish so it won't scratch your surfaces. The bowl has been fired to a stoneware temperature, is food, oven and dishwasher safe.
