I’m back on Folksy for 2024.
Inspired by Scandinavian decorative detail. Each decoration is embellished with a variety of impressed marks. I enjoy the process of applying the decoration and I allow this lead me in a slightly different direction on each piece.

Full description
A wall hanging heart.
This heart is made from a white firing stoneware clay with a dry turquoise glaze. The pattern has been created by impressing marks into the clay. It has a knotted thread made from two colours of thread. Lovely for an anniversary, engagement or wedding present as well as your Christmas tree.
Each heart at its widest point is 6cm and tallest 6cm not including the hanging thread.
