Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Due to hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns on earrings. All items will have a proof of postage receipt, this can be emailed to customers if required in the event that an item has been lost in the post. If an item has been lost in the post please allow 10 working days from the date of postage to claim a missing item and we will send out a replacement. Custom orders are the supply of goods and services made to the customers own specification. These are not eligible for return unless the item is faulty.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Luxury 3D laser cut vintage bird house favour boxes/place settings.
Personalised with the bride and groom's initials on the roof, sat under two lovely little cut out love birds. Intricate floral patter cut inside heart detail on two sides - with a little fold down perch on the front. Butterflies decorate the front and back - simply pinch the wings to create a wonderful 3D effect. Complete with little tags in the same card colour choice, making a perfect little gift for your guests.
Pack contains 20 boxes and 20 blank tags in the same card colour – different colour options are available, please select from colour chart image above.
Delivered flat, ribbon not included. Easy to assemble with four glue tabs for extra stability.
Tabs can be secured using glue or double sided tape. Some light burn marks may be visible on the boxes due to the nature of production using the laser cutter.
Card stock is 280gsm and 100% quality recycled with a smooth surface.
