Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Due to hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns on earrings.

All items will have a proof of postage receipt, this can be emailed to customers if required in the event that an item has been lost in the post. If an item has been lost in the post please allow 10 working days from the date of postage to claim a missing item and we will send out a replacement.
