This is such an unusual ring! The colours of the stone, with its stunning rainbow effect are just gorgeous.
The main focal point of the ring is the outstanding Mystic Topaz gem. It has been cut into a rectangle and highly faceted. The stone glints with shades of purple and green at the same time and really sparkles in the light.
It is a huge size for this quality of stone, measuring 10x8mm. It weighs 3.35ct in gem weight. The photos do not show the stone to its best, as its colours in life are much more vivid.
I have set the stone in quite a high profile sterling silver cast setting, so it really catches the light. The stone setting has quite an ornate band and the stone is secured by four prongs.
It has become quite difficult to source Mystic Topaz, so I hope you will like this example..
The ring is a UK size M 3/4 according to my ring sizer.
