You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

They add to the character and uniqueness of the item, we love them and we think you will too. ****** If you think that you need to return an item please let us know via mail as soon as possible! ***** LIFETIME REPAIR GUARANTEE ***** Because we believe in our goods we offer a lifetime repair guarantee with all our leather goods. This means that if your product breaks we will fix it. Let us know what broke by sending us an email with some information and photos of the item. Once we have reviewed your request we will send you a confirmation email letting you know what to do next. ***** REPAIR GUARANTEE TERMS ***** A guarantee is only available for products that state this fact in the product description. All defects are covered NOT caused by normal wear and tear, exposure to wild animals, volcanoes or any misuses. A defect must be structural such as failure of material or craftsmanship while using the item as intended. If your belt snaps because you tried to tow a car with it we will not fix it. Any aesthetic defects such as discoloration, scratches, bite marks, shrinkage/stretching are not covered. We will send the item back to you once we have fixed it but you need to get it to us. Don't forget to send it via recorded mail as we are only responsible for the item once we physically have it. In short we will repair the item to function as intended but we will not make it look like new. Anyway our goods look better the older, more battered and worn in they get. Because of the time frame of this guarantee we can not promise that we have the original hardware, threads or any other material to repair your leather goods and will therefor choose alternative materials/products at our own discretion.
