I wanted to convey the energy, freedom and happiness of childhood in this print; the long summer afternoons spent trundling around on a little trike with squeaky wheels.
My lovely friends commissioned to design and make a print to mark their third wedding anniversary, thanks for the inspiration guys and for generously giving me permission to sell copies of the print!

Full description
Limited edition screen print of a vintage trike. A blast of nostalgia for your home or the perfect baby shower gift. A sweet vintage trike skids to a halt having left a swirling chaos of track marks in its wake.
This is a handprinted product, small variations add to the charm. I made the original imagery by hand and mouse. I had fun making the track mark monoprint using an actual miniature trike! You can see a little film of the process here http://sianuska.blogspot.co.uk/2013/06/miniature-tricycle-mono-printing.html Individually hand screenprinted in my tiny home studio (while baby took a nap, the last photo shows my eldest son investigating the studio). Printed on A3 Seawhite 140gsm cartridge paper. Two colour screenprint, this version is printed in a blue/green and black. Other colours available in my Folksy shop (blue-green or yellow tracks).
Signed limited edition of 15 prints in this colour-way.
Can be trimmed to fit Ikea 'Ribba' frame - see photo. Let me know if you would like me to trim your print.
