Miss Digby triumphs with her up-cycled hand dyed bunting for this years ' Out for a Duck' fundraiser for the junior cricket team....It flutters all the way to the brook and back....which is beautiful as that is where they are all headed now for the rubber duck race...Come on quick....leave your tea....and your scone....they are all running down the meadow with their ducks ready for the starters whistle.....
Far off the seniors are listening to the cries and hoots of the Duck herders, sipping their tea and commenting on the cloud formations and that rather nasty pile up by the bridge a couple or three weeks back

Full description
a wavy topped, slip cast, round bottomed bowl. I love this little bowl for its nice shape and size, just perfect for nibbles, crisps or chunks of fruit. I love the way it is not the machined edge of a lot of domestic ware....I love it because it has bunting on!!
This bowl is 18cm Diameter and 8cm at the highest point
I have slip cast this and nestled the bottom flat so that it does not wobble, but it does not have a conventional foot on it. The bunting is painted by hand and is utterly individual, the wind has flicked it over the top and part of the bunting is on the outside of the pot. I have back stamped it, signed and entitled ' Endless Summer'
It is individually hand painted and created by me in South Norfolk, I use food safe underglaze colours, fire to earthenware temperatures with lead free glaze and can personalise or adapt any design if given enough time!! Do contact me if you want something special I am more than happy to help.
I post out using a courier on a 2 day service and use recycled packing materials wherever possible.
This piece can stand alone or be part of a set. In the group photo this bowl is the middle one on the left hand side.....
