You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

Items that are customized with text cannot be exchanged or refunded! However, if your item is not to your liking I can exchange it for an item of equal value as long as your original purchase is shipped back to us within 5 business days of receiving it. Items being exchanged must be received by me in the exact same condition as when they were sent out. All shipping must be paid for by the customer. You are welcome to cancel or change your order at any time before your order is placed for production...You will receive all the mock-ups and I will not start until I have confirmation from you that layout and text are correct. Because each item is 100% handmade there may be slight imperfections and some pieces may have slight differences.Wood is a natural material and graining and figure vary slightly from one piece to another. All my products are made from recycled or re-purposed wood so don’t worry if the wood varies in color and if there are twigs in it. Like all hand-made stuff using natural materials each book will be unique which is a sign of quality.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
