Blue Cross Ceramic Necklace
This is a pendant full of love.
It would make a lovely gift for a teenager to celebrate thier First Commumion, Baptism, Confirmation, Birthday, Easter; or anytime really or for anyone.
I made it from a stoneware clay for strength and durability. It has been fired twice - once to bisque and then upto 1220C for the glaze firing. There is a lovely contrast between the shiny glossy deep blue and the warm matt of the unglazed clay. The stamp to imprint the soft clay was made by me too.
I have put my initials on the back to authenticate it. REJM
It has a diameter of 35mm.
I have attached a thin silk black cord which can be slipped over your head and tightened with the slip knots to the length that you like by pulling the loose ends of the two knots forward.
If you would like me to change the cord to a leather thong or a smaller length more suitable for a child then please drop me a message.
