Who doesn't enjoy cuddling up with a lovely hot chocolate and a treat?
I wanted to make a Vintage looking cosy, which would be both practical; keeps your hands warm, not too hot, when holding your mug and keeps the drink warmer for longer; as well as being beautiful to look at.
The set would make a wonderful gift and will be sure to add some retro charm to your home.

A Hand crocheted Mug cover and ceramic mug set, in four Vintage colours.
I crocheted this stylishly cute mug cover, in my little studio at home, using an assortment of pure cotton yarns. Two little brown buttons have been added to finish the design.
The cover may esaily be removed from the mug for easy cleaning.
It is secured using two deep pink buttons and crocheted loops.

Colours used:- rich brown, fuschia pink,buttermilk, powder blue
The cover measures approx 29 cms in circumference and is approx 7 1/2 cms in height.
The mug has the same circumference and measures approx 9 1/2 cms in height.
I have priced the mug and cosy together; however the cover may be purchased separately. Please contact me for price and postage fees.

The cosy is best hand washed in luke warm water and then dried flat.
The mug is dishwasher proof and microwavable. It is Not Handmade. The cosy should be added to the mug after microwaving is complete.
