SImple, pretty earrings of creamy-white freshwater pearls with a facetted gem-quality aquamarine on delicate sterling silver ear- wires. Approximately 2.5cm drop.

Aquamarines are the birthstone for March.

The earrings will arrive, posted first class, in a pretty organza bag. If you would like it gift-wrapped, and with a special message, please add a note to your order and I will be happy to do this at no extra charge .

I originally made a pair of these earrings as a gift for a friend who was getting married in duck-egg blue, with different aquamarines that were opaque. These are higher quality stones than those original ones, and so are still very pale blue, but translucent. The earrings would go with anything; they are elegant and simple enough for every day, but pretty enough to dress up any outfit.

In the lore of crystal healing, the aquamarine is a stone of courage and hope, and has a particular affinity with sensitive people.
