You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within seven days after receipt of the item, provided the item has not been used and is returned in its original condition. Seller cannot refund return postage costs Faulty items can be returned within 2 weeks of payment being made
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Cat/Rudyard Kipling 'Just So Stories' art print - designed by Kate Sampson
Printed on thick high quality 300g 'Castillo Pearl' paper on a soft tone of white with a beautiful matte finish.
A3 image size (297 x 420mm) - A small white border is left around this to allow for framing.
All our prints are original designs created by us.

If you require a more secure method of postage than our standard 1st class for UK orders and airmail small packet for overseas orders then please contact us BEFORE payment. Overseas delivery can take up to a month depending on your location so please be patient!
We make every attempt to convey colours with accuracy, but as computer screens do vary it is possible that the print you receive may look a little different. We cannot refund or replace prints for this reason.
We leave a white boarder to allow for framing of approximately 1cm around the edge of the print – which is IN ADDITION to the A3 image size. The exact measurement of this white boarder can vary slightly and the picture may not be exactly central in the boarder
