These items are made from glazed porcelain which is fragile and will break if dropped on a hard surface. All items posted will be safely wrapped to protect them on their journey. Unfortunately items damaged by being dropped by the buyer will not be considered faulty for a refund.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
