Handmade stoneware ceramic garden stake impressed with 'No Snails Allowed' and a little forlorn snail.
Approximate size - top to tip 21 cm with sign area 12 x 8 cm......8 1/4 , 4 3/4 x 3"
Handmade by myself from fine stoneware clay with a dainty hand modelled snail glazed in bright turquoise glaze with little coloured wire antennae eyes.
I made these markers out of frustration when trying to grow vegetables which just kept getting destroyed by the slugs and snails! I cannot guarantee it works and will keep your plants snail free but it will brighten up your garden and I like to hope it will help! ;)
The stake shape I have made makes it easy to place into the ground without wobbling or falling over and as with all my garden wares, all markers are stoneware fired so strong, durable and frost proof and can be used outside all year round.
As all my items are handmade, to save on time and the cost to photograph each piece, pictures shown are a example of what you will receive. Slight variations may occur but yours will be made exactly the same and will be just as pretty.
