A very creative friend showed me how to make these Japanese origami flowers - and I was so inspired by their simplicity that I have made quite a few now. They make wonderful gifts, as they are so unusual.

A beautiful origami hanging flower - time consuming to make but so worth the effort!
Hand made by me, out of old book pages or music sheets, this flower looks so pretty hung in the hall way or lounge, or wherever you can picture it hanging. Each petal is made up of 5 or 6 smaller petals, then when all the petals are ready, I glue them all together very carefully and accurately. The flower measures 44 cms all around, and to enable the flower to be displayed I have added a length of string to a petal at the top.
I can make this flower up in a range of papers. Please choose from:-

-old children's book pages
Please state your choice at time of ordering. If not I will make the flower up in old music pages.
Packaging up the flower is done carefully and considerately, as I don't want it damaged during transit.
This item will be posted within 7 days of ordering to enable me time to make up the flower.
