Full description
Pretty pink and cream roses twist round the front door of this little felt cottage and climb happily up one gable end. A lovely pin cushion to add to your collection or a welcome gift for a sewing friend.
The cottage is stitched in felt. The doors are a cheerful blue felt and the door and window frames are stitched from a knitting ribbon. The grey roof, which overhangs at the eaves, is held in position by patches of blanket stitch suggesting a slate roof.
The rose flowers and leaves are stitched in a lovely hand painted threads shading through a lovely blend of colours. Hollyhocks are stitched at one end of the house and a geranium is flowering in a wooden planter next to the back door.
Height ( to top of chimney) : 7.5 cm approx
This house will be packaged safely in recycled board and brown paper for its journey through the post.
