Full description
This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
It is a cat, a gorgeous Siamese, in a ring.
I made this one to order as a smokey-grey coat, blue-eyed version.
The cat is very pretty, female I think, with bright green twinkling eyes made of beads, pink ears and nose and her body is in shades of grey and a little white, with plenty of streaks to show her lovely fur.
The background is made of a lovely prettily textured clear pale green glass which sets off the colour of the cat beautifully.
It is 16cm high, 13 wide.
It looks absolutely beautiful hanging in the window where it shines and catches the light .
The suncatcher ring hangs from a chain which is securely attached to the top.
This item is absolutely unique. I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass for each piece to ensure they are unique.
