You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Please tell us the details you’d like included and we will create a special custom card; perhaps include the names, favourite places, song lyrics etc Just message us with a list of 20 words or phrases that sum up the event and we'll create a customised, unique and bespoke keepsake.
Please see our photos for inspiration or message us and we’ll be happy to help you get a list together.
Afterwards, the card can be framed to make a special reminder.
All of our greetings cards are designed to order - beautiful cards that are fabulously and uniquely designed for all occasions, all of our cards are created individually so there may be colour and design variations. They are printed onto textured 210 gsm (thick) card and are supplied with a silver envelope.
Our cards are always blank inside to allow you to personalise it with your own message.
Size: A5 (210 x 148 mm or 8.3 x 5.8 inches)
Each one is unique; individually created in the UK to meet your specific requirements and is usually posted within 24 hours.
