I came across some old tatty road atlases at a second hand book fair. I don’t think they had been opened for over 50 years, but the beautiful maps inside deserved a new life.
This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Handmade birthday card made from a vintage map
A great birthday card for map lovers. A piece of map is carefully cut from an old vintage road atlas and combined with red bakers twine and a handmade circular tag printed with the word ‘birthday’.
The map can be personalised if you wish to show a UK location of your choice – perhaps where the recipient lives or grew up or a favourite holiday destination. Please include the place you would like in the note to seller box at checkout; if no place is given a random card will be dispatched.
The card is made from good quality (250gsm) white smooth cardstock and is blank inside for you to say what you want. It comes with a white envelope.
Measurements: 15cm high by 10.5cm wide.
