Full description

This beautiful geometric sapphireblue suncatcher is designed to hang like a mobile in your window or conservatory. The combination of the sapphire streaky and rippled glass gives a wonderful effect when the sun shines through it. This would make a great gift for a September birthday as the birthstone colour for September is Sapphire.

All the pieces of glass were individually hand cut and edged with copper foil and coated with solder. The large square was soldered and then the hanging pieces were joined together with silver plated chain and then added to the large square. The slightest breeze will cause the pieces to spin and reflect a beautiful blue light around your room

Size (when hung) approximately 54cm from top to bottom, and about 17.5cm across.
