I wanted to create a design for valentines Day 2012 that wasn't all fluffy and pink.
I thought something a little more grown up but still cute and meaningful

Full description
I wanted to create a card that wasn't all pink and fluffy.
Using gorgeous Graphic45 'Magic of Oz' papers the Tenderhearted Tin Man, he looks so cute and he's definitely in need of a heart this Valentines Day.
Equally suitable as an Anniversary Card too :-)
papers have been edged & inked with 'tea dye', sprayed with a light coating of papercrafting varnish which has a slight goldish glitter accent.
Glossy accents have been added to random hearts to add extra texture and interest to the papers.
Natural cream coloured Seam Binding has been hand ruffled along the front of the card.
A diecut wording of HEART has been inked and added to the lower panel of the heart, to echo the Tin Man and Valentine's theme.
A heart has been die-cut with a punched out detail, inked with distress inks and frost & glossy accents added, More cream seam binding is tied through the heart to provide the finishing touch.
Card measures approx: 105cm x 150cm supplied with a good quality envelope & protected in a cello bag.
All cards are carefully wrapped before posting,1st class post
